Where can we get a Certificate of Registration and Certificate of Enrollment? and is there a fee when getting one?

Since it is finals week and after several sleepless nights studying for exams, where is the best spot aside from the clinic and library on campus to take a nap or sleep while waiting for your next exam? In my case, there is a big time break before my next exam.

Has anyone been to the clinic and tried to avail any services? Are they able to function na ba? Because the last time I went there last week to book an appointment sana, they told me that their chair wasn’t working, so they still couldn’t provide dental services as of the moment.
