how do I get this effect?

hi! i recently came across this stream (@isaac_why on twitch) where they had this pretty cute little guy on the screen that would move when he spoke. i was wondering if you guys could point me in the direction of a way to do this effect, and if possible if you know some people that could do some cute chibi works like this for a cheap price! thanks <3

Sony VX Series owners, where did you get / where do you get working VX Series cameras?

I’m going to Japan soon, so I was wondering if there were any stores where I would be able to purchase one. If not in Japan, where do you get working models?
