Hi all. Help or is it too late?

I came back from 2 months overseas and it appears my Zoysia is dead. It's super wet and now gets barely 3 direct sun hours. SEQ

Is there anything I can do to bring it back or is it game over?

Other areas around the house that get a lot more sun are thriving.. I'm assuming that this area is just not suitable. Is there any turf that would be if this is the case?

I've self taught myself how to convert a point file (say ~8billion points) into a .tif/dem.

I don't know what I'm doing, it's trial/error/AI trying methods to get it to work.

Any advice on what I can do better, from A and B? I've overlaid the aerial to show it's resolution vs what I'm creating. I do need the .dem to be as accurate as possible for general engineering reviews/checks.
