Looking to build my first drone. Have plenty of practice on my Vision40 tinywhoop. Wanting to have a 3” drone with moonlight for 4k for dabbling in long range with a 3000mah lion pack and recording chasing model airplanes. Some light freestyle but nothing crazy. How’s my parts list? Anything stick out?

Couple questions i had come up.
Firstly, I am getting some black spots in my video feed and recordings, I have tried cleaning with alcohol wipes multiple times and they wont go away. Are these damage spots from the sun? Any advice?
Secondly, I was having my videos on my drones dvr cutout mid flight(see video from outside my house). Is this a problem of voltage sag? The battery was low when i did that last punch out. Is it a storage problem? i noticed both my goggles SD card and VTX storage were pretty full. Just trying to identify which one was the issue or if its something else.
