I am the landlord to a property. The tenant had 18 cats (or more) that she let use the whole house as their litterbox. The smell of urine and feces is everywhere. I have used enzyme cleaner, chlorine dioxide gas, zinsser oder eliminating primer, and kilz restoration primer. Ideally, I want the house rentable in about 2 months.
