A 1099 form was missing and i just received the full estimated ammount. should corrections be made to both state and federal or just federal?

Most thrones are perched up, as to have the occupant looking down/over everyone else. How would one do the opposite as to have everyone looking down on them (preferably by doing more that simply putting a chair at the bottom of a pit.)?
