Cat Urine on Garage Floor - Odor Removal
prior tennant’s had cats and completely wrecked the house. the garage was the worst of it. it’s got over 30 spots in a 10x25 ft garage concrete floor. it’s been sitting there for well over a year apparently. any tips on how to get rid of the horrid smell? hot weather is making it worse. there is a layer of paint over it already and the stains have bled through.
should i flood an enzyme cleaner directly over or grind the paint off first and then do that?
or should i skip to priming it with an oil or shellac based primer and top coat?
i did some mini research and i bought the kilz original oil based primer. should i switch and buy something that is shellac instead? i heard it was better than oil.

i was mowing my lawn and realized it was not self propelling. turned it over and also realized this belt was loose. i was able to pull it completely off. is this for the self propell? or something else?
am i able to use the mower without if its just for the self propell?

Bonnaroo RooGalaxy Primitive Car Camping (Wednesday Entry)
Hey all,
Unfortunately my GF and I won't be able to go to Roo this year and we're needing to sell our camping pass for Wednesday entry. I tried listing it on the Ticketmaster Official Resale but I don't really have faith in it selling because the minimum I could list it at is higher than I would like it to be.
I originally got it for $174 with all the fees but am willing to sell it for $135.
I can show proof of purchase and can ship it as soon as possible. We can do PayPal G&S, Venmo, or Cash App for payment. We can also do a FaceTime where I can show the camping pass as well! If you're wanting any other verification just let me know as well.

from my understanding ticket master is capping resale prices. the lowest a person can sell their ticket is 365 and with the add on fees the minimum price is 435.
i don’t think it was like this the prior years.
i wonder if it’s because live nation is worried they are going to lose out on money from people not wanting to go anymore and people buying those tickets that are being resold?

I own a 2023 SEL w/ Convience Package and currently at 46k miles. I’m past the complimentary oil changes.
I haven’t had any major maintenance done on the care besides the oil changes. What should I have done or should I looking have done soon?
I did take it to the dealer recently. Car has been having rumbling abnormal than usual. Usually in the mornings. I thought it might have been motor mounts. The service advisor mentioned it might have been due to carbon build up. Is this something I can do on my own to fix? He was charging $200 for the carbon build up service.
He also recommended a routine engine flush, which I declined. That was about $70.
Thoughts?
