Just a thought that crosses my mind every time I rewatch Jake the Dad. It’s such a great concept and design that it’s a shame it’s only used once. I know the kids aren’t really combatants as adults, but they could’ve kicked some butt in the finale or something.
I LOVE the trope when Character A assumes that they can’t be seen/heard/perceived just for Character B to point them out instantly. Establishes a great power imbalance quickly.
