Ill be 50 this year....been doing the same type of work for almost 30 years. I feel like I need a change....too early to retire but dont feel like this is healthy for me to continue.....Ill get a pension at my current job 18 years in now......Been looking for other opportunities internally with no luck so far.....Is it worth sticking it out in my current job and keep looking inside the agency or just look for something externally. Thoughts?

Ive been in the GOV almost 20 years and have never had to or done a reconsideration. I feel like this has been one of my most successful years but have never felt less appreciated. I got a new boss when we organized last year and I feel like im on guard constantly and I can never do enough. Im already getting my ducks in a row based on comments that have been made abd documenting events....anyone else going thru this?

Last two times I've done tread 50 classes the distance i ran isnt the distance showing up on my workout. For example today I ran 3.80 but only 3.52 is showing up on the workout and the stats....has anyone experiencedoing this and do you know why?
