Hi I got into iim r and commencement will begin soon ! The thing that really is bugging me is that

1. I got into an IIM

but do I really deserve it ? I don’t know much lingo and practical knowledge and shi like my peers and ones who I see , and im v insecure i feel im a book worm i made it till now but what now this is the real fight i came along the battles hiding in shades but this is where the real shi begins

2. For instance - i convinced myself this is a opportunity to grow and will do well and i deserve it and shi

Im too scared of the fact that CASE COMPS , QUIZ , INTERNSHIPS how will I even do those things when I don’t know shit about what this stuff is ; many amongst me have done courses , know gr8 maths , know marketing terms and stuff and most importantly KNOW WHAT THEY WANNA DONIN THEIR CAREER here I am all I wanted was a good clg and I got it , but now what

3. And the ppl who will say WAHA JAKE DEKH LENGE SAB HO JAYEGA

kaise hoga yrr , jate se hi committee , clubs honge , sab hoga
How will I apply or stand a stance when I don’t know shi

4. COURSE KRLO KUCH SEEKH LOO

I am deciding first 2/3 weeks let’s settle let’s understand see what is imp what’s not and then do smth take a wise decision and learn what I want
Also how to do course selection there is so many shi ( preply , free courses , paid courses )

It’s like I don’t have enough guidance ; is there a group or reddit community or smthing that can guide me idk on exactly what but ykwim

For eg I take a loan of 45 lakh smth for my ipm
But only withdraw the money needed till bba

And then I chose to get work ex or travel abroad
Will that money can still be used
Or can that money be freezed till I completed 6 years ( 5+1 year )

Like how does this work
And how shall I put this forward infront of my bank manager im taking loan from sbi

Like I am highly against spending my 5 years at Rohtak
Like im inclined towards doing 3 yrs at iim r and then maybe change the route

Guys For iim Rohtak integrated program

1. lemme know what laptop to take
   Mac - but many peeps r discouraging saying it doesn’t has Microsoft and all and that u have to buy it (12/13k) prolly and it isn’t good for coding and wtvr they will teach
   ( so suggest any other laptop i was thinking of hp one which can flip and is touchscreen )

2. normal clothes aren’t allowed or not
   ( i read only shirt of their clg is to we worn so i shouldn’t buy clothes right cuz i was thinking of doing shopping like clg appropriate clothes )

3. aur ek room mai 4 log hai aisa sach hai ky
   ( if that’s the case how will we study cuz im a night owl so how will i study if i have so many ppl around me )
   ( also when i saw a post related to the hostels i saw we don’t have study tables and have to study in library is that the case )

Okay guys im shit scared about my allocation as I’ve scored v low and big mistake done by me was I only put 17/18 pref

So im hella scared to even open the link cuz I know I got no seat allocated

So my friend who got sscbs in ews category ( fking pissed by that ) called me and said u will screw up big time cuz because even if you go to college, let’s say and if you don’t accept it, your seat will be gone and I said that okay. I’ll check it, but I’ll check it tomorrow. 6 or 8 o’clock pm okay, but. He said that the acceptance is tomorrow till 5 PM only and the fee payment is later, but the college will be gone from your hands and you’ll regret it, but genuinely I don’t want to check it right now cuz I am on the verge of hella misery and if for just a moment, even if I see that I got no college allocated, I will fucking —- you know what I’m gonna say okay, so I don’t want to like, but I will tomorrow because I will be at my friends house, so I will gather up my courage and see that with her, but my friend is forcing me to check right now, so what to do?

what’s the last date to accept wtvr that is freeze upgrade

I mean, for example, I have filled only 17 to 18 preferences in my preference list of du okay and let’s assume that I didn’t get a single college in round one because the cut-off was high and my score was less, so will I automatically be transferred to round two or I won’t be eligible in going to round two because on Google, they are saying that you can go to round two like you’ll automatically be directed to round two, but my friend said that you make the biggest mistake, and now you won’t be getting any clgs if u don’t clear cutoff of single clg . She said, it’s a blunder that I did that. I only filled 18th preferences, and if I don’t get any of them because those were top DUs Ok now if I don’t get anything, I will not be directed to around two

My Friend took a loan of 40 lakh so she used 20 lakh only so the remaining 20lakh she had no interest like it was none of her business cuz it wasn’t withdrawn
