I just put my two weeks in a few days ago. My ASDS confirmed we pay out vacation time, but I’m not sure how it works. Do we get it as a lump sum? Does it come with our final paycheck or separate? I have 112 hours of vacation time to be paid out.

Any advice to keep cats out of our yard? We have bird feeders and they hide under our patio to hunt our birds. They poop in my wife’s garden, and they piss my indoor cats off.
