I'm a postdoc on J1 and thinking about starting an EB2 NIW application. I am pretty much all set with the rest of the application package but I keep reading various things about degrees I obtained throughout my career. I have a MD diploma from Spain, and a PhD from France. I was wondering if adding the diplomas (certified translation) is enough alone? Should I get extra verified about accreditation for my degrees?
