Patrol highlight clip #3 from 8/9/26
My first patrol in Champaign, Illinois was live streamed on Instagram (@downtown_batman). This was my last planned stop of the night, the Strides Shelter. The people I met were so kind! After this I headed into downtown Champaign, proper, before calling it a night. More highlight clips coming soon!

Thanks to everyone who commented locations they had seen the homeless at. I was able to help a lot of people last night, and went home with an empty Batwagon!

New to the area and looking to do some good. Where do you often see homeless people downtown?
Before moving to Champaign-Urbana, I regularly walked around the downtown area of Greenville, South Carolina and gave food, water, and clothing to the homeless. I've been getting familiar with the downtown Champaign and downtown Urbana areas, but the inclusion of campus-town makes it a large scope. Help me plan my walking route and let me know when and where you often see homeless people in need of help.
Not a cop and not looking to hurt any of these people. Check my post history or my Instagram for proof. If you don't feel comfortable giving the information in a place that could put them in danger, please dm me.
