I got into MCC Bangalore for BA English Language and Literature, but there's no in campus hostels available. I'm a non Karnataka student, so accommodation is a problem. What should I do? Any help is appreciated, thanks.

Hi, I'm looking to get into guitar, but I'm confused about what type I should choose. Something that is affordable. I'm mainly into pop, neoclassical, and a bit of classical and country. Should I save up for an electric guitar, or start learning on an acoustic guitar first?
