Idk if this happen in other countries, but this always happening in indonesia (based on my lots of anecdotal experience and listen to my friends and random strangers complaint)

Better use my experience

So most of youngster i met including in my workplace.... they always "reject promotion"(either as pool head, logistic manager, logistic spv, operational spv, PIC, fleet controller) yet when my boss tells us that he already accept 2 new hire as fleet controller and spv logistic..... 3 of these youngster complaint "they never get promotion" and also they complaining about "new hires always automatically getting senior or managerial position"

Tldr
They don't want to become manager or supervisor (conscious unbossing) yet they're also always complaining they never getting promotion + complaining about new hires instantly put in managerial position

The funny thing is this drama is also happening in my wife, cousins, niece, lots of my friends, random stranger i met (irl and online) workplace... and mostly youngster in age range between 25-28 years old are the ones who complaint about this drama

So what really happens?

If most of gen z doesn't want to be put in managerial position (conscious unbossing) then why i always met youngsters complaint they didn't get promotion even though they already working for 3-4 years?

So the only solution to handle zanpakuto with optical illusion (inversion or complete hypnotize) abilities is to use abilities with wide range of AoE?
