Ever since I purchased my brand new dishwasher from my Maytag dealer it has given me nothing but headaches. Within the first year everything was fine I did not purchase the extended warranty because I didn't think I would have to. As soon as the second year rolled around I started having issues with the pump / motor assembly. Every single 2-month period this pump / motor assembly would go out causing me to need to bring a technician to my home and replace said pump / motor assembly. The pump and motor assembly is covered but nothing else is and when I called Maytag after four separate pump and motor assemblies have gone out they decided that if I wanted a refund since my two-year period was up I could not have it so I am stuck with this POS Maytag that loses pump and motor assemblies EVERY 2 MONTHS which is ridiculous. DO NOT BUY MAYTAG. They're garbage and customer support is worthless when getting compensated for a lemon dishwasher. No, I DON'T want a new dishwasher, I want my money back so I can buy one that WON'T break EVERY 2 MONTGS.
