Seems like at any time of day, the game loves putting me in a game with 7 other JP players. Even when it's like 4am in Japan. And thus I have to deal with 300+ latency and all of the obnoxious shit that causes.
Where do people keep getting this idea?
Every time the topic of "pre-nerf toggle for more loot drops" comes up, I see someone insisting that if such a thing were to exist, then everyone would be "forced" to do it.
Uh.......no? SoD proved otherwise. All of the raids that had difficulty toggles for extra loot, pug groups would do the lower difficulty while guild groups would do the higher difficulty. Nobody was ever "forced" to do the highest difficulty. There were tons and tons of pug groups running the lower difficulty modes.
So where does this idea of "hardmode for more loot = people will be FORCED to do it" keep coming from? Nobody is forcing you.
