Looking for Roommate

In the town houses north of parker main street. My current roommate is moving at end of lease for their own reasons october 1st. It is a larger room at 13'x15' minus 3'x2' with a long 8' closet. Rent is 1050 with a 1000 security deposit. Utilities are split and are about 150 a month.

I am a 38M veterinary technician. Open to pets, prefer cats than dogs due to no enclosed yard area. Can walk to PACE center and mainstream downtown parker.

Looking for Roommate

I (38m) am looking for a replacement roommate in the townhouse just north of parker's main street.

It would be just us in a 2 bed 1.5 bath townhouse. The bed rooms are on the 2nd floor with the 13x15 (minus 2x3) with a long 8 foot closet available. Large kitchen and living room on main floor and an open, spacious basement below.

Rent is 1050 with utilities being split (gas, electric, internet) at about 150 each month. A one month security deposite is required as well. It is a 12 month lease and the turnover date is Oct 1st.

The landlord is accepting of animals but there is no enclosed yard so I am leaning towards someone with cats but no dogs at this time. I may get cats in the future.

I am a quite homebody with several artsy hobbies and work as a vet tech (dog nurse). The current roommate is moving due to personal reasons at the end of the current lease Oct 1st, but may have the space available in Sept. They also may be able to turn over their portion of the lease sooner depending on details. The landlord is nice and really personable.

Let me know if you're interested and we can set up a viewing. If you like it, then the only other step is a background check for the landlord.
