Receipt printer at work got hit with this. How severe is this and how should I proceed?

Sellers like this ruin the Pokemon singles market.

The justification for rent cost to charge this high is the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard. eBay use to be fun to buy and sell singles on but if you don’t know the market you don’t deserve to be selling things on consignment for people. You should also not do business with consignors who want to set their own price absurdly high.
