This was created to destroy. (My first one)

Day 1, mild testicular pain for 2 weeks.
Day 14, acute right testicular pain 7/10, I go to the ER and they diagnose me with epididymitis (I found it very strange because they didn't even ask if I was sexually active; they wanted to give me antibiotics for a suspected sexually transmitted disease, which I refused, and went home).
Day 15, acute testicular pain 8/10, blood in the urine is added as a symptom. I go to another hospital where they perform an ultrasound, finding no hydronephrosis or stones, but the symptoms combined with the lab-confirmed hematuria indicate renal colic. Analgesia with tramadol, and they sent me home.
Day 21, EXTREME PAIN 10/10, I didn't know it was possible to have so much pain, vomiting, on the verge of passing out. I go to the hospital that diagnosed the renal colic and they do another ultrasound, this time showing mild hydronephrosis. The pain lasts for 6 hours. Analgesia (which didn't work): Tramadol, Buscopan, and Ketorolac.
Day 29, consultation with a specialist where they do a CT scan and see the stone floating in the bladder. I start tamsulosin.
Day 35, after about 3 hours of feeling a small pinch in my urethra (I am a man), I go to urinate and this damn thing comes out.

Just launched my first game. How do you guys find the right streamers/creators to contact? (Narrative/Niche games)

I just released my first game (a dark narrative visual novel) and I have a batch of press keys to send out. I don't want to spam random big streamers or FPS players.

How do you find content creators who actually enjoy reading-heavy games and moral dilemmas?

Do you search manually on Twitch/YouTube or use sites like Keymailer/Woovit?

Thanks!

Finally released my medical game today. made it all in godot while working hospital shifts

hey everyone.

im Axel. im a doctor from Argentina and today I finally launched my game Dilemma.

its a narrative sim kinda like papers please. you play as a doctor dealing with bioethics cases, and your dialogue choices mess with your ethics, reputation and legal risk.

been a super long road tbh. did all the art myself (everything is hand painted) and built the whole thing in godot. trying to handle branching narrative and jsons while working night shifts at the hospital was exhausting, but im so glad its finally out in the wild.

if u wanna check out the art or how the UI looks, here is the steam page:
