I found this randomly in my yard yesterday. Black plastic, around 10cm x 4cm x 3mm thick.
Two stainless steel threaded screws which seem to have some kind of loctite glue.
Has a clearly defined “DGS” logo on it.
Very clean considering it was found outside on grass.
Not at all a public accessible area which makes it super weird.
Any clues? I have none!

Edit: Solved!
This is the hinge-joint cover from my Alpine Stars MX knee guards. Must have popped off when riding. I certainly did not notice it was missing when I took the guard off, but would have seen it was gone when putting them back on.

Volt Dropper 18v for Fridge

Wondering if anyone has bought or used the Volt Dropper gear. The ones that allow you to use your existing 18v cordless tool batteries to run 12v gear?
Looking at getting something for when we’re on the road and want to keep a Waeco fridge running as we don’t have dual battery in our current Prado.
Obviously run time is dependent on load and battery capacity, but Volt Dropper also have a dual cradle so can double up batteries.
Any feedback appreciated.

Help me decide: KLX or TTR

Looking to get a bigger bike for my son (currently on a CRF110) and have come across the below. Any thoughts or recommendations pros/cons appreciated.

Bike 1: 2004 Yamaha TTR 125LE 4-stroke for $1600 (AUD), electric start only.

Bike 2: 2006 Kawasaki KLX 125 4-stroke for $1500 (AUD), kick start only.

Both bikes appear to be roughly same condition, maybe the KLX is missing a bit more paint on the frame (possibly been laid down more often?)
