I have 5 more weeks in a CNC machinists course, they have encouraged use to start making resumes and cover letters. I just finished my new resume but I’m kinda nervous about having my past job experience on there because they don’t really transfer over. I’m also nervous about the cannabis job I had prior, I don’t smoke weed I just was really good at making it. I just fear they’ll assume I’m a pot head. Anyways, I’d like some advice on what I could do better ! Thanks !!

Does Lyme disease stay in your system for life?

When I was 7 years old I had Lyme disease. The damn thing crawled in my belly button and was discovered when my mom pulled my shirt up and saw the bullseye marking around my belly button.

Does Lyme stay with you for life? Am I able to get it again?

Y’all have problems when buying alcohol/Cigarettes?

Most of the time when buying cigs or beer I get questioned about my ID and it’s so damn annoying. They’ll start interrogating me about my info, asking my name, DOB and address.
One guy even asked “what’s your ID #” and he was shocked that I actually knew it off the top of my head.
I’m like don’t your guys have them stupid ID scan machines, like bro come on now.

Is this black mold?

(USA-MA) My father and I are cleaning out his basement to redo everything.
A few years ago we thought we had fixed the flooding problem, but a few heavy rains later it flooded again. We had just put some drywall in too.
The flooding problem isn’t horrible, it’s more of a leak that follows the wall. The rest of the basement is just concrete.
Now we want to go back try to fix the problem for good but we noticed this.
My father says it’s not black mold but it sure looks like it.
What’s y’all’s opinion? If it is, what should our next steps be?

So there was a bunch of frogs crossing the road, I decided to stop and scoop one up.

Well I was only 2 mins away from home, but in that two minutes the frog managed to slip right out of my hand.

I got home and I can’t find it anywhere.

I had felt it jumping around near my feet, so it might be inside the car now.

I don’t know what to do, cause if it dies it might smell horrible.

I’ve been having this annoying sensation at the back left of my tongue. I’ve also noticed the left side of my neck, under the antegonial notch of my jawline is more swollen than the right side when compared.

I’ve got a neck ultrasound next week. Kinda just freaking myself out over here thinking is the big C or something:/

I’m 24, I smoke cigs so yeah.

I’m in a program that will get me started as a machinist and placed into a job. I will receive some money after completing this program for my own tools. I want to look into basic tools to buy, but I’m not sure what.

I’m already going to be receiving a starrett tool set that includes a dial caliper, micrometer and a 6” rule upon completion.

What are y’all’s recommendations?
