I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this. I had Covid about a year ago and have had consistent, constant physical tiredness ever since. Admittedly my diet is not great but I'm a fairly healthy weight, don't drink or use hard drugs, and have no major health issues that I'm aware of.

Basically, no matter how much or how little I sleep, I am always tired. Caffeine has almost no effect. I was hesitant to speculate about it being a form of Long Covid since I don't have any of the respiratory symptoms normally associated with that, but I can't think of anything else that could have caused this.

If it matters I'm a 34 year old man, for a while I thought it might just be getting older but this is such a drastic change in such a short amount of time. I'm still working, going back to college, and doing creative things so the fatigue hasn't completely put me down, but it has made all of those things far more difficult.

I'm just trying to figure out what's going on, does this seem like something a Covid infection would cause?

You all know who I'm talking about, the guy from the MySpace years who made "mosh tutorial" videos. He was a living meme in the hardcore scene in the late 00's for a brief moment.

I distinctly remember one of the local pirate radio DJs in 2009 quoting his, "You fuck with me, you get mooshed!" line and a local powerviolence band sampling it on their demo.
