So I, Science and math addicted 13M told my dad the other month that my goal was to get into MIT. Earlier today i showed him one math meme i found, and all of a sudden he starts going off on a rampage.

he starts​ telling me that kids who get into MIT tinker with stuff and build stuff, which i know is true, but then says that I lack motivation to build anything. But the thing is the last few times I wanted to build something like a small jet engine, he said "that's impossible and that the guy is a professional and you can't do it." He also said most stuff like that the other times.

I tried bringing that up but he brushed it off. He won't let me try to do it and stealing my motivation to even try to build something. What should I do?

So the volcano appears to have been uncovered but in Godzilla: King of the Monsters, the volcano that Rodan came out of had like a containment system. My theory is that in the third season, they are might focus on two things.

1. Take back Kentaro

2. Build the containment system for Rodan

Does anyone agree?
