Any private chefs in the Buckhead area looking to become a long-term private chef?

I’m looking for a chef who enjoys cooking from scratch, values nutrition, takes pride in presentation, and appreciates building long-term working relationships. Hospitality mindset is just as important as culinary ability.

This position is centered around creating a seamless daily dining experience. Preparing meals, managing the kitchen, sourcing exceptional ingredients, and making food one less thing I ever have to think about.

While I have a consistent way I like to eat, I’m not looking for someone to force a particular cooking style. The goal is to learn my preferences over time, refine them together, and eventually know exactly how I like things without constant direction. I care a great deal about ingredient quality, consistency, and nutrition. Over time, you’ll become familiar with the products, brands, sourcing standards, and overall approach I prefer while still having plenty of room to contribute your own ideas and creativity.

As life and business continue to grow, the role will naturally expand to include occasional meals for guests, travel, retreats, and other events. You’ll be working alongside a small team in a professional but relaxed environment, so being personable, adaptable, and easy to work with is just as important as being a great chef. Everyone on my team is expected to make everyone around them better. High standards, professionalism, curiosity, and continuous improvement are simply part of the culture.

The goal is to build a role that becomes more rewarding over time, not just financially, but through greater trust, responsibility, and opportunities.

Because this is a private household position, professionalism, discretion, and respect for confidentiality are expected throughout both the hiring process and employment. Qualified candidates should be comfortable working under a confidentiality agreement.

Responsibilities Include
- Grocery shopping (delivery & in-store)
- Pantry and inventory management
- Kitchen organization and cleanup
- Preparing breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and desserts
- Preparing meals around established nutritional and ingredient standards
- Maintaining consistency across changing health, fitness, and performance goals
- Collaborating with trainers or other health professionals when appropriate to support nutrition objectives
- Preparing wellness items such as fresh juices, probiotic shots, recovery drinks, broths, specialty desserts, or other items as requested
- Maintaining exceptional ingredient quality, sourcing, and kitchen standards
- Creating a welcoming dining experience for guests when entertaining

Compensation & Growth

The hiring process is intentionally designed to let both of us determine whether we’re the right long-term fit.
We’ll begin with a paid hourly trial period while we learn how we work together. If it’s a great fit, the goal is to transition into a full-time salaried position with long-term stability through GO Life.

As trust is earned and responsibilities expand, so will the role, compensation, and opportunities available.

GO Life

Eligible full-time team members participate in GO Life, The Gooden Organization’s employee benefits and life enrichment platform.

GO Life exists to remove friction from people’s lives so they can focus on doing exceptional work and building exceptional lives.

Rather than offering a standard benefits package, GO Life is designed as a long-term ecosystem supporting health, wealth, career development, family, travel, education, and everyday life, taking multiple steps ahead of the usual benefits package.

The programs available through GO Life continue to expand alongside the organization and are intended to become a defining advantage of building a long-term career within The Gooden Organization.

Ideal Background

Experience working in private homes, estates, yachts, executive households, or with long-term private clients is strongly preferred.
Applicants with backgrounds serving executives, professional athletes, entertainers, public figures, or high-net-worth households are especially encouraged to apply.

Restaurant experience is highly valued, particularly in fine-dining environments, but this role differs significantly from restaurant service.

Examples include:
Private Chef
Personal Chef
Family Chef
Estate Chef
Executive Household Chef
Celebrity Chef
Yacht Chef

More than any particular title, I’m looking for someone who is dependable, organized, takes ownership, communicates well, genuinely enjoys cooking for others, and appreciates building a long-term relationship with one client rather than constantly rotating among households, restaurants, or catering events.

How to Apply

Please apply through Indeed with your resume and any photos of your food, website, portfolio, or social media that best represent your work.

I’m much more interested in getting to know the person behind the food than in reading the perfect resume.

If your experience, personality, and style seem like a good fit, I’ll reach out with the next step in the hiring process.

Referral bonus available if you introduce someone who gets hired.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year

Any personal chefs in the Buckhead area looking to become a long-term personal chef?

Personal Chef (Long-Term Opportunity)

This role is for one person, not a family or catering business.

I'm a founder on the younger side & I’m looking for someone who genuinely loves cooking, enjoys nutrition, takes pride in presentation, and wants complete ownership of the kitchen.

The goal is simple: I don’t want to think about food.

I’m looking for someone who learns how I eat, plans menus, keeps the kitchen stocked, handles grocery shopping, prepares breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, desserts, and occasionally cooks when I have friends or business guests over. I’d much rather trust your judgment than make food decisions every day.

This isn’t a temporary gig or another client to juggle. My goal is to find one great chef, build a long-term working relationship, and keep the same person for years as life and business continue to grow.

We’ll start with an hourly trial period a few days each week while we learn how we work together. If it’s a great fit, the goal is to transition into a full-time salaried position with benefits and make this a long-term role.

As the role grows, there will also be opportunities to travel with me and my team, cook during trips, retreats, and events, and become part of a small, trusted team rather than simply working for another client.

You’ll also be around other people in my day-to-day environment like assistants, trainers, friends, advisors, business guests, and eventually additional team members, so being personable, professional, and easy to get along with is just as important as being a great chef.

Responsibilities
Grocery shopping (delivery & in-store)
Weekly menu planning
Preparing breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks & desserts
Keeping the kitchen organized and fully stocked
Kitchen cleanup
Occasionally cooking for guests
Managing inventory and pantry restocking

Compensation & Growth
We’ll begin hourly during the trial period so we can both make sure it’s the right fit.
If we work well together, my intention is to move the role into a salaried position with long-term stability rather than continuing hourly indefinitely.

Benefits will grow alongside the position and would include paid time off, paid travel, meals while working, bonuses, health insurance assistance, retirement contributions, relocation if necessary, medical leaves, continuing culinary education, and other perks as the role evolves.

Ideal Background
Culinary student or recent graduate
Restaurant or line cook looking for a better lifestyle
Private chef who’d rather work closely with one client than manage multiple households
Someone passionate about cooking, nutrition, and hospitality
Organized, dependable, proactive, and takes ownership
Looking for a long-term opportunity instead of constantly finding the next client

If this sounds like something you’d genuinely enjoy, send me:
A short introduction about yourself
A few photos of meals you’ve cooked
Any Linkedin, Instagram, TikTok, website, or portfolio showcasing you and your food (if you have one)
What kind of cooking you enjoy most
Anything else you think would help me get to know you

Referral bonus available if you introduce someone who ends up being hired!

Looking for someone who enjoys cooking/meal prep a few times a week (paid)

I’m a young busy professional in Atlanta trying to eat healthy, but I’m honestly not a great cook and end up defaulting to takeout more than I’d like.

I’m looking for someone who enjoys cooking and might be interested in preparing a few healthy meals for me a few times per week. This would be a paid, and I’m flexible on whether that means cooking in my kitchen, meal prepping for the week, or another setup that makes sense.

I’m not looking for a professional chef necessarily, just someone who likes cooking, understands healthy meals, and wants to make some extra money.

If you’re interested, send me a DM with a little information about yourself, what kinds of meals you like to make, and what you’d charge and we'll go from there.

If this isn’t the right place for this post, I’d appreciate suggestions for where to look.

Thanks!
