CFO Kenneth S. Cragun: granted 1,000,000 options at $0.72/share, same vesting structure.
Executive Chairman Milton “Todd” Ault III: granted 2,000,000 options at $0.72/share, also same vesting schedule.
Few others got 250,000 each !!
