Nursery: Can they take blacklist us if we don't pay first month?

We chose a nursery and were supposed to send our toddler last year. But we didn't feel she was ready so deferred to this June (next month). We went over recently to visit the nursery again but didn't really like the vibe and wanted to defer to her starting early next year instead.

Today we got an invoice for £1500.

We want to withdraw our enrollment altogether. We don't want to send her to that nursery at all. What will happen if we don't pay the first month's fees and just ask our position in the waitlist be freed altogether?

UPDATE: We want to withdraw our enrollment altogether. Don't want to defer it anymore

Question about starting Reception at 4 vs. 5 years old

Our daughter was born in July. We were prepping to start her reception soon.

We heard from one of our friends that July babies can defer to start their reception until they turn 5. As they'll be the youngest in their cohorts. They also mentioned that the rule of allowing to start reception at 5 years old was passed recently.

Is that true? Do we have to make some special arrangements if she's to start at 5 years instead of 4 years?

Recommendation for Dermatologist / Hair / Scalp specialist?

35 M. I started losing hair rapidly over the past year or so. Itchy scalp and very sensitive and painful to touch, especially the crown part. On touch it feels like the skin is raw and exposed.

Tried anti dandruff shampoos, scalp soothing shampoo, nothing worked. Hair loss has been increasing in recent weeks.

I don't have any strong male pattern baldness in the family, so I'm hopeful that it can be reversed but concerned it may be irreversible if not acted upon soon.

I'm okay going private as well. But I need someone others can really vouch for.

Thank you
