-Chicken tits on the grill with an easy marinate

-Corn shown with the intent to be "Elote-ed"

-Aji Verde sauce, not my best but we were still very pleased with the results

-Chile Rellano's with a cooked Salsa Roja

-My wife wanted baked brie so she ran some of that in the cast iron

-Shes also a "Shrimp Cocktail-oholic" so we set that up with some homemade cocktail sauce

-Honorable mention made some gangster Spanish rice

And heres the full plate. And then the dog sticking his mitts in the full plate.

Spatchcock smoked BBQ Chicken, BBQ based gravy from the drippings (i know it sounds questionable but worked tremendously well), mashed potatoes with heavy whipping cream and BUDDAH, sweet peas with budda and garlic.

And then honorable mention Nanner Nut Bread. I couldve let that the bananas ripen just a scooch more, but C'est la vie.

I dressed up some sweet baby rays for the bbq sauce, tucked butter up under the skin, bed of onions and garlic in the pan, hickory for the smoke.

Everything turned out really well great little dinner.

I tend to do most my playthroughs with the colossal greatswords and strength build with heavy armor and just bonk the day away. So im trying to incorporate a little magic, and lighter armor (ive been flip flopping through a few different sets this is what ive settled on in the mean time.

Got some nice ground beef brisket shenanigans from Kroger for burgers. The mrs and I had a day off so we were doing some house cleaning and grilling.

Anyways ive got burgers on the grill, a plate ready to receive them, a cast iron in the grill (the bugs are so bad out back so I can't put them on the side burner with out them kamikaze-ing in my veg). So I ran inside the house to slice some tomatoes and onions for the burgers.

I asked my wife to pop out back to make sure nothing was on fire (jokingly). And as if she was doing a Ben Stein impression the most monotoned "ahhh there on fire". So i hollered back "you fucking with me? Or for real?" So I walk out back under the assumption she was kidding.

Nope.

Grills on fire.

Burgers on fire.

Brussels sprouts are fine.

I mean I literally JUST scrubbed this grill down flame tamers and all. Im not gonna lie I almost feel like the burners are a little to high from a manufacturing standpoint towards the grates. Like after ive done marinated kebabs or saucy ribs ive had it momentarily catch before. But fucking A man i was looking forward to these fucking burgers....

Anyways my wife (who im not blaming in any capacity by the way) being the peach that she is comes out and goes "well what about the shitty Ground beef for the spaghetti, and we just have a couple less pattys?" So were going to give it a round 2 and nurse the grill the whole time. And hopefully we won't have to make a second post about us setting the grill on fire again.

Had a portfolio going up to about $700. Averaging around 15% growth. Life happened and I had to clean house. So at the beginning of the i started over again and here we are.

Im a 33m bartender just trying to work towards a future where maybe i dont have to stand on my feet for 14 hours a day until 6 am lol.

Anyways ive been investing in ETFs, alot of tech, and a couple things just for chuckles (Ford & Sony). I do reoccurring investments each week of maybe like $50-60 ?

Garlic/ onion rub, salt and pepper on the steak. Blanched the beans and potatoes and threw em in the convection oven with a little butter and oil.

Split and cleaned the crabs out then stuffed the heads with an aromatic mix, saved the rest of the aromatic mix for the butter.

Pan fried some mini scallops (which we also tossed in the aforementioned butter)

Grilled em while drinking a few Bud Heavys.

Steak came to about a medium and we enjoyed everything thoroughly🫡

Always thought the premise of it was super cool. Im not a PC gamer so I dont think it was accessible to me on console (correct me if im wrong).

But are people still actually playing it or was it super buggy? Im just kind of curious about the general consensus surrounding it.

Okay so I just ordered an Uber eats delivery from a pizza place. Lady finally gets here and she pulls in the driveway behind me and I see a kid in the backseat, a little weird? Yes. But I get that a "mom's gotta mom" sometimes. And then I notice her 400 year old crusty white dog standing on the arm rest. My jaw drops, and then I see it JUMP into the passenger seat and I start doing arithmetic in my brain.

Child in the back seat divide by the square root of the dog and the moms in the driver's seat carry the four. Logically that means the pizza is under the dog.

Im watching in horror as the woman gets out walks to the passenger side door opens the door, shoos the dog off of my pizza and then walks it to my porch. Mind you im courteous shearly out of the fact that im awestricken.

.....it gets worse

So being the trash bag that I am i decide to keep the pizza despite how unhygienic this whole debacle is. I condense the pizza down into a tupperware. Im walking out the front door to throw the box in the recycling and i see a diaper on my front porch....

The first thing that crosses is mind is its either some random ne'er-do-well or the report i filed on Uber eats already reached her and she came back for vengeance. So i rolled back my security cameras and saw that the diaper quite literally fell out of her fucking delivery bag on my front porch.

Really just at a loss for words here like top down🤣

The wife wanted salmon for dinner, I wasnt quite in the mood for "surf" so I did a little "turf". Salt pepper and a dehydrated onion/ garlic blend. Came out about med rare.
