Hey, all!!

I finally finished making a full episode by episode breakdown and deep analysis guide for 86 . It covers all of Season 1 and the special episode, and I basically made it as a rewatch companion for people who already love the anime as much as I do.

I tried to go way beyond just summarizing the episodes. I talked about the emotional moments, hidden details, foreshadowing, themes, character development, visual storytelling, soundtrack usage, and a lot of the smaller things that make 86 hit so hard emotionally.

This does contain full anime spoilers, including major deaths, Shepherd reveals, Shin and Lena’s development, and the ending, so definitely don’t read it if you haven’t finished the series yet.

I spent a really long time working on this and putting my thoughts together, so I’d honestly love to hear what people think, whether it’s feedback, favorite sections, things I missed, or just discussion about the series in general.

The winning prompt is: Free Day

Any moment, any AU, any timeline total creative freedom. Free Day took 42.2% of the vote. It means you can write literally any Ash and Serena moment canon, AU, an alternate timeline, a scene that should have happened, a future that never was. If it’s Amourshipping, it counts.

Submissions will go to AO3.

AO3 won the platform vote at 47.6%. We’ll post the collection link very soon. Cross posting to Wattpad is fine, just make sure your entry is in the AO3 collection.
