Have ya'll put tofu in smoothies? My 9 month old is so hungry in the morning and I want to give her something withshe can hold on her own.
I think she'll like smoothies first thing in the morning. I was thinking about oats, but tofu has so much iron and no flavor, seems perfect. I plan to make it the night before, store in a glass jar and just shake it up and put it in her cup in the morning. Any tips or ideas?
