Thor is my next tank to lord. Any and all tips to help me become proficient on him are appreciated

I was getting practice in on Hela, and I fell victim to the mine trap at the spawn door... Never heard the mines, nothing. Just stepped forward, and died. I feel ashamed to even call myself a Peni main now.

How and when do yall use ult? I personally try to pocket it until Im on lowish health so I can either flee back to my team, or hopefully self sustain until my team gets back.

Is there anyone here who intentionally uses it to be aggressive? If so why? And what do you look for before popping it?

Idk, only really asking because I got yelled at for not popping ult to be aggressive by some randoms in qm
