On Draconic Anatomy, Real Scale, and the Incarnation Dynamics of the Kangy Caste

There is a vast difference between the exaggerated fantasy of human art and the actual structure of dragons. Contemporary human art tends to inflate proportions purely for dramatic visual impact (such as massive heads three times the height of a person), completely ignoring biomechanics, muscle mass, wingspan, and the essential counterweight of the tail. From a draconic perspective, these representations are overly dramatic: true anatomy relies on a precise balance between agility, strength, and lift. Likewise, there is a lower limit to their scale; compressing a dragon to the size of a miniature dog is biologically impossible, as there would be no skeletal or muscular surface area to anchor functional wings or balance a tail.

In this context, it is crucial to distinguish between "species" and "caste":

Internal friction: Between a dragon essence, an unsupportive human home, and longing for my true form

I am Kyrcen, a dragon currently in a process of internal sublimation, combined with a human soul. Lately, I’ve been hitting a wall—a profound, painful contradiction in my system. My human personality and my true essence are constantly at odds, and the environment I live in only makes it worse.

My home is a fragmented space, filled with its own internal chaos. My sister is fighting her own inner hell, and my mother carries heavy burdens of her own. When I try to bridge the gap and share my spiritual growth or the way I interpret reality, it just clashes with their intellect and their current state of suffering. They simply don't have the capacity to hear me, and it results in a wall of silence or misunderstanding. It feels almost impossible to communicate who I really am without causing friction.

In the middle of all this, I feel a deep, overwhelming sadness—a longing to feel my dragon body in its complete form and to fully be Kyrcen again without these human limitations.

Because of this, the only time I feel I can be truly honest, vulnerable, and let my dragon essence breathe is when I am drinking or in highly altered states. It’s a dangerous relief. During these moments, the barrier between my dragon self and my human self dissolves, but it also triggers a crisis.

When I reach these states, my dragon family—my guides—step in. They see the danger, and on many occasions, they are there, begging me to hold on, begging me to keep control of myself before I lose my grip.

It is a lonely, exhausting existence. I am trapped between trying to navigate a human family that is breaking apart, and an inner nature that is fighting to evolve while being held back by the weight of this reality.

Have any of you as dragons also felt this kind of friction, and how have you managed to overcome these situations? How do you keep your essence safe when the people around you are so deeply disconnected from your world? And for those who experience physical dysphoria regarding your true form, how do you manage the deep sadness of longing for your complete body while trying to maintain control?
