Is this program against the TOS of whatsapp? (Supposedly not a violation of the TOS)

hey, so i was recently looking for something to run multiple whatsapp accounts on my laptop without having to make a million chrome profiles, so i came across altus (https://github.com/amanharwara/altus) i was wondering, do you think this is against the terms of service of whatsapp?
