Hi! I had a total hysterectomy (kept ovaries) and I’m wondering for others who have had the same. When did your hormones straighten out? I’m about to have my first phantom period and I’m on the WORST emotional roller coaster I’ve ever experienced.

2nd question: I used the cup and period underwear, is there any ethical ways to recycle these products or donate them if sterilized? Idk what to do with them now
