I’m a 30 / F female physio masters in sports rehab from Tier 1 med college in India ; was practising well then kind of for 4 years went into women’s health / Menstrual health literacy domain; kind of leave Blr and Thai travelling non profit job due to health and funding reasons ; and now back in Mumbai; now doing home visits around western line would investing in a Pilates certification worth it for person like me ? FYI - APPI clinical Pilates costs like 1.3 lakh just for 5 days matwork certification . So is it a wise decision in the current Indian economy ?

Recently moved back from Kormangala to Mulund feeling so not happening here no communities events, fitness and weekend stuff . Any suggestions would be glad for 30 / F - Non married .
