This is from the podcast BTS last week where EDB talks about her visit to YT-land. I heard part of it so it’ll be good to catch up on the rest.

Her live today covering Lally’s testimony in the Myles King case was a happy surprise! I thought she would be traveling all week.

I’ve seen this one (I hate how Lally always sounds like he’s put out having to speak, show up, or basically exist.) but I’m happy to watch it with her commentary.

I can’t wait until she listens to CF’s AI songs. That’s gonna be epic. 🐐🐐🐐

I know she did a marathon on Murdaugh yesterday - I didn't watch 'til the end so I'm not sure if she mentioned no stream today or what?

I was so happy for Emily to be back streaming as usual today but I see it’s more of the Keefe D trial cleanup. Booo. I tried but couldn’t get at all into it so I’ve been skipping the trial streaming.

Oh well, there’s always next week.

There's a Members Live on Tuesday for app and YT members. It's finals week for DCI and then T goes off to college so it'll be busy for her, quiet for us.

I watched some of the Podcast BTS last night so that's where the info comes from.

Expect heavy DCI content (maybe members only? not sure) this week and an exhausted EDB next week.

I just watched the 2-hour best-of Robert Alessi and he’s brilliant. But it felt like I was being yelled at the whole time. Lol. His passion is evident but I’m not sure I could handle the level of energy he brings.

I’m more of an AJax girl - excellent vocab, measured questions, sharp suit.

Apparently, I don't care about Sarah Boone anymore but I had EBD on background because I like hearing her voice (even if wall-to-wall ... she loves her kid!)

TOPIC: the latest on the Karen Read Civil Trial mishegoss.

TIME BLINDNESS: likely to be live around 12:35 (eastern) since we're on EBD time.

So, last week ended with a wasted trip, a lecture from dad before he stomped off, and a lot of chat about who the leaker is.

We have motions to compel the hos defendants and Colin cosplaying in the Army to evade same.

We have squashes and quashes, LawTubers tubing all the livelong day, and discussion aplenty.

What’s your guess as to what happens this week?

Mine is that we see Judge Gildea officially earn the moniker “Uncle Bev” for good.

Petty alert - clearly, I watch too much LawTube because they are all getting on my nerves.

Here are a few irking me today:

1. ML saying “if you know, you know” every five seconds

2. LYK’s greasy hair - why does he always look like he needs to shower or just got out of one?

3. You can be passionate about something and not scream about it. Why do I feel like certain creators are yipping at me? Can’t we just have a conversation? (ML but others, too)

4. EDB’s time blindness. Even with the Law Nerd app, I have no idea when she’s streaming or how much after the official start time she’ll show up. (I do love her, though.)

5. Larry Foreman’s “I hope you learned something today” on a video where he didn’t add much new to the information. (He’s okay, though. This is nitpicking.)

Also: no Monday Nooner for third week in a row. I don’t see where Samantha has mentioned anything about it but huzzah if she’s de-partnered from LL.
