These have been there for over a year. I feel they have grown and it started out as one now there is around 3. They aren’t painful.

My hair was a nice ashy colour (2nd pic) however after going on holiday it’s faded very warm. I asked my hairdresser which toner she used all over my hair and she stated it was a 6.1. However I feel she has maybe got confused and a 6.1 would turn my blonde brown. Would this toner work with a lower developer or is there an other toner I can use?
