Stretch from 5g to 4g took me 30 minutes and HURT

It didn't take really any force, but I was also being super slow and careful. It still hurts, but I think I'm at the point of stretching around/into the cartilage. Is that normal or did I cause a blowout? Also my nose is running like crazy. (Apologies for the blurry pictures, I have shaky hands when taking closeups lol)

Just Dance 3&4 no have no sound on my Wii

Attempted to play Just Dance today for the first time in years and there's no sound. I tested both 3 & 4, neither have sound. Wii Sports has sound, however, so it doesn't seem to be a system issue. Why is there no sound?
