Finally managed to get a good look at his tail and noticed the new bright streaks on his tail! He definitely still needs some work in terms of his health, but it's so cool seeing some changes

Been almost a month in since I rescued him, and I'm hoping he'll live a long life

I'm not really sure how his popeye is doing at this point... But at a side view his eyes look normal. They just bulge a concerning amount to me it seems

I tried treating with Kanaplex with limited success. In a previous post I asked about his wellbeing and someone pointed out that API General Cure and Fritz Maracyn are good follow up medicines for this because the Kanaplex seemed ineffective

Unfortunately when it comes to most fish products, especially medicinal, I'm usually quite limited to Seachem products. I couldn't find API General Cure at all and Fritz products are typically very expensive for me

Would anyone happen to know any alternatives? If it's relevant, I live in Indonesia

Thanks in advance!

The last pic before the params is the reason why I'm so concerned about this. My problem is I can't seem to get the pineconing to appear in any other angles (my aquarium light is broken so I can't use that to get my rubbish camera to get a good pic of my fish)

Also I'm aware of my betta's popeye. I'm not sure why but they don't seem to be going down after treating with kanaplex. Another reason why I'm worried about the possibility of dropsy.

He was in a rough place before this. 4 months in a very tiny container before I put him in this tank. Even then, things have been quite unstable because I've been doing a fish-in cycle.

About his behavior, he's always seemed to be a bottom dweller, but he is perfectly capable of swimming to the surface. I've been thinking his bottom dwelling is due to his old tank and medicating but I'm not too sure now.

He's still following around my tweezers and baster like usual, and he's as greedy as usual when it comes to food. I feed him baby hikari vibra bites, but some frozen daphnia just arrived today.

Please help. Thank you in advance

Tank is about 3 weeks old and I'm doing a fish-in cycle (don't come for me it was an emergency), and I just noticed these little critters

I took it from the other side of the tank bcs that's where there's best lighting so sorry if it looks unclear but I just wanted to ask what they were? I know that this is normal (probably, hopefully) but I'm not too sure what exactly they are

Thanks in advance!

Like damn... Seriously, all there is inside there is a crap ton of wisteria, a ton of tannins I never removed, and a bunch of dead duckweed and guppy grass down at the bottom. And yet the parameters are freaking perfect it's 0/0/5-10 😭

I've never done any water changes. No filter, no heater, no nothing... I thought the dying plants would've bumped up the ammonia like crazy but oh well

Just thought I'd share because I was genuinely surprised at this result lol idk if I should be. I need this to happen to my main tank soon please 💔
