With a presentation of future on Youtube to show where AETRON will be going in the future, officially we can confirm that alongside LMU, Rennsport was accepted as one of the 4 games that will be supported by AETRON system!

But what is AETRON?

AETRON is a community/platform made in Discord (and Simgrid) that does Ranked Racing, Leagues, Special Events and also is a place where people can create their own events with a Licence System!

As for Rennsport the only one you can get is "X" which represents Road Racing. There are 3 tiers to this Licence which are:

-Standard (You get this when you enter the server)

-Pro (You get this after some Ranked Races and showing that you can drive cleanly. It unlocks the way to the "Official Division of Races")

-AETRON (To get this one you need to win 3 Races in a row and get invitation for AETRON CHALLENGE. In it you will need to set a certain time 5 times in a row in span of 20 Laps)

Right now we won't be hosting any races but we are ready to start racing in Rennsport in July.

Hi.

So I wanted to ask you some things. As I know Rennsport allows you to host Custom Lobbies and there is Crossplay.

So I have a community mainly focusing on AC for now but we have an intresting idea that I would like to try in this game.

So basicaly we work kinda like IRacing. Ranked Races whenever there is enough people to do so and Weekly Events + Special Events + Leagues + Leagues/Events of other people. You have 3 licences which you get from:

A) Getting Racing Experience + Racing Safely in Community Races

B) Racing Fast

Basicaly its a very "Esport Focused/Ready" platform

As we decided to not go with AMS 1, my question is: Does anyone here think that this idea is worth trying in this game and what do you actually think about this idea?

So basicaly I have a Simracing Community and we want to expand to other type of games.

I would like to hear if you think that creating something like an esports football federation in Goals would be something that yall would be intrested in. Like a whole Football league. One player is one team which he has to manage to get to higher tiers or something like that.

A couple of thing before you get into the story. Its my first take on creating my own "universe" and basicaly a story. Its about the famous Sonic or more about a fangame. Also I kinda didn't know to which category I should put it so I guess Mystery will make it as its a story that keeps some kind of Mystery in it.

"THE PROTOTYPE" - Part 1

It was a sunny day. Woke up as any day. I am a Sonic fan. I like the classic games the most. My favorite is Sonic Mania but the story isn't about it (tho it is a good game).

It was like 6pm, maybe 7pm. I felt pretty bored so I went onto Gamejolt to see if some new fun fangames popped up. The most fangames are Sonic.exe games which isn't very suprising to me based on how easy it is to make such game. I mean yea there are pretty good ones but I honestly think that most are just lazily done. Then I have seen a fangame called "The Prototype". Only one screen from the game which also seems to be the game logo. It is a blue filled Sonic head shaped symbol with Yellow around it. I decided to try it. No ratings, no anything so I wanted to be the first to rate it.

Downloaded it. Its not huge size but it was enough to make me suspicious and scan the files with VirusTotal. Call me lazy or something but its how I check if the file isn't a Trojan or something. VirusTotal showed me that the file isn't a virus so I went ahead and started it.

First thing that greeted my screen was a setup screen. You know the place where you can change the resolution and make the game have a border which I did because I have experienced enough horror games and I rather be safe. I set everything up and launched up the game.

No warning or anything. Game launched up. The title screen seems like some uncanny version of Sonic 3 game screen. I mean it seems like the lighting on Sonic skin is pretty diffrent, the colors on the "Sonic 3" text are diffrent (which is confirming that it could be based off Sonic 3) and there is no background. It felt very much like a "early version" of the title screen for me.

After pressing start, I get thrown into the Level select screen but only one level is available. Angel Island Zone 1. So I entered it. The title card gliched out for a moment before starting the level. It spawned me in and everything seemed normal.

First thing I tried was seeing if you can enter this Debug mode where you can place items. Nope. At least not for now. I went through the levels as normal. Some small changes throughout it but nothing special. I went to the end of the level and when I finished the level Sonic sprite changed to the dying one. Either some part of the lore or as it could be prototype just a placeholder as one and the other somehow end the run of the level. (Also one thing I noticed was that the sound when you connected the rings was hearable only in the right ear)

Then I went back to the level select screen and I unlocked another level! Water Zone 2. This one is intresting because it doesn't appear in Sonic 3 but when I entered the level I realised that its just the Hydrocity Zone.

Intresting thing. When I entered the water Sonic skin turned Magenta. Well thats a weird glitched. When I exited the water the lightning on Sonic skin was messed up. From the technical perspective it could just be an error of changing color by a certain value but they messed up and one way changes Sonic skin by too much color. Game had some problems with loading in some object tho I don't know if that was because I was too fast or the game was just working slow. Also I don't know why but the game glitched out on the end screen and on the plaque which spins when you cross it was Knuckles with blue skin which I don't know if was a error or there were just plans for Knuckles to be blue.

Then I was thrown out to the Level Select screen. Another level unlocked which brings the total to 3! Mushroom Valley Zone 1!

But then I realised. It felt real and like an actual prototype of an Sonic game. It either was actually a prototype or it is just very well done fangame. Either way this game will get a positive review from me.

Expecting something I entered and I didn't even know what Im looking at. A bunch of glitched squares with diffrent colors and Sonic standing on I don't even know what with Tails. Tried to play it. Died many times. Well in this Level you basicaly cannot see where you are going so you are kind of going by heart. Actually after some time my head started to hurt because of how glitched it looked. When I finally somehow finished (Because Im better than the pros. What you expected me to lose? Nahhhh).

Of course it threw me out to the level select screen and unlocked another level called "Boss Fight 1" but I couldn't care less. After this one level which took me about 20 Minutes I was tired and as I stated before my head was hurting so I decided to turn off the game and go on a walk.

When I was on a walk I started thinking if it was really a Sonic prototype. I mean it was shared by a random guy on Gamejolt. But then what game would it be? Sonic 3 most definitely but Mushroom Valley could be a "wip" name for Mushroom Hill Zone from Sonic & Knuckles. Also its intresting that in a level that would be in Sonic 3, Knuckles appeared on the plaque. Weird.

Came back to home. Made myself some tea. And I prepared for some fun.

"Boss Fight 1". Entered it. Spawned me in a room with Knuckles. And I fell through the ground. Well that would be it. But I wouldn't accept it. I went back to the previous levels to see if I was missing something. Noticed a few things and these are:

- Sometimes when you collect Rings a loud as heck sound goes for 5 seconds. Scared the shit out of me more than those random .exe games.

- Super Sonic "mode" could only be activated by the box. When you go to the water in "Water Zone 2" the Super Sonic skin goes Pink instead of Magenta and fixes itself when you come out.

- There is a box which after collecting it turns you into Shadow type of Sonic. I mean it looks like a very early Shadow which is intresting because Shadow debuted in Sonic Adventure 2 so much later than Sonic 3 or S&K.

I honestly couldn't find a way to pass the Boss Fight so I just played with Game Files and I made myself not need to pass it.

So what now? Turned on the game and two new levels appeared. "Boss Fight 2" and "2 Player Fight". Boss Fight 2 doesn't want to load for me and I need to get my friend to play this game to try "2 Player Fight".

Probably I will try to finish this game soon. I also want to dig in the game files more to see what more we can find. For now I say goodbye to you all.

Hi. The creator of the story, creepypasta or however you want to call it here. Its my first take on writing my own original story so Im sorry if it has its flaws (tho I think that no story will be perfect). Also sorry for gramar mistakes I have made. Im from Poland and Im still learning English.

Fun Fact: The whole game in the story is very much based on an actual prototype of Sonic 3 and Sonic & Knuckles

I will work on Part 2. I want to expand the whole "universe" and the story in an intresting, kinda realistic direction. If you want to make a game based out of it or inspired by it you have my permission (idk if anyone would want to base anything out of it but still). Absolutely no problem with that.
