As always, I use my phone for everything, social media, YT, messages, web browsing, etc.

However, 2-3 hours ago, something odd happened, some websites didn't load.

At the beginning they "tried" to load but nothing, so I tried other websites and nothing, all this happened on Chrome (Mobile).

So I downloaded Mozilla (Mobile) thinking MAYBE Chrome was down, but YouTube (App) working fine.

Mozilla did load Google, but didn't load anything else, and then it didn't load Google at all.

Was I banned from Google? Never heard that before, but I could still use YT, so I went to Reddit, and guess what? I couldn't load it either, and also X, BUT I can use Messenger and FB.

So I power off the phone, and then... Same issues.

So I thought, maybe an issue with my wifi? I turned off the wifi on my phone, but even with mobile data I couldn't open any website or Reddit/X.

Was my IP blocked by my internet provider? But why? I can still open games from Google Play, I can still use YT, Messenger, FB, WhatsApp, and my wifi is working fine, everything else has internet access, so it can't be my wifi.

I tried the following, I used a VPN and guess what? I CAN surf on the internet, use reddit, X, etc.

So I turned on my laptop, and same issue, I can't use a browser, no website loads.

Probably this is an issue with the internet provider, they maybe have connection problems, but why I can use apps and browsers with a VPN?

Was I banned from using the internet by my provider, but I can still use FB, Messenger, YT, Google Play Store?

Any tips or advice is welcome.

Update: It seems I can enter SOME websites using my browser (Without VPN) such as Amazon, and 2 or 3 random websites recommended by Google, but the I tried Walmart and no luck, so in a way this means I'm not really banned by my ISP, but instead I "think" there's something wrong with them or something else that's affecting my internet service.

Update #2: So, today I wake up and everything was working fine (no VPN needed).

I believed that the ISP had issues on their end, but this is VERY strange as this is the first time this happened or heard that something like this happens where some apps work and some others won't, and that websites will refuse to load.

Recuerdo que el año pasado le subieron, estoy en plan familiar pero ya Google mandó correo que las personas deben estar en la misma casa para compartir.

Así que me iré al plan individual, a cuanto esta?
