There’s 8 cake rusks inside the box. They say it’s around 70 calories for one piece. Is this really accurate? I tried one and it’s so freaking good so I’m just tryna make sure it’s correct and I’m not eating 150 calories for one piece lol.

Was doing really good for 3 months and I don’t know what happend. Did it again won an that dopamine rush hit like crazy. Felt like I wasn’t even in control again. God I hate feeling this it just doesn’t feel good.
