Hey everyone, I bought GTA V on Steam today and I cannot get the game to launch properly.

It gets stuck forever on the Rockstar Games logo screen. After a long time, I sometimes get a message saying that “a game is already running”.

My PC specs:

- GTX 1660 Super

- Windows 11

- 16GB RAM

What’s weird is that my brother used to play GTA on this exact same PC without problems.

Things I already tried:

- reinstalling GTA multiple times

- reinstalling Rockstar Launcher

- updating NVIDIA drivers

- verifying Steam files

- using launch options like -dx11, -windowed and -safemode

- clearing NVIDIA cache

- disabling overlays

- clean boot

Another strange thing: when I try to close GTA in Task Manager, it says “Access denied” and the process won’t close.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Eu comprei GTA V pela Steam recentemente, porém quando tento iniciá-lo, o laucher trava e fica na tela de carregamento por uns vinte minutos, depois dos que o jogo está rodando e fecha a tela, já tentei várias soluções da internet, até com o suporte da rockstar, porém nada funciona, alguém consegue me ajudar?
