My hair isn’t holding volume like when I was younger but I tried!
I’m going to get called ma’am all day for my eyeshadow I can tell. 😂 please my powder covered my mustache and beard but I tried.
My girl Postcard is part of a 4 girl colony I call the Post Office (Parcel, Parchment, and Papyrus are the others). The other three are solid dark colors. They are all the same age.
For some reason, they have been ruthless to Postcard including nipping and chasing her away from food. She’s noticeably thinner and more skittish.
They’ve began barbering (see the patch of fur). I have a 20g tall tank I could switch her into but that’s unfurnished. I could wing a food bowl and a very cheap water bottle but I don’t have funds for all else. I have enough to consistently maintain my animals but a new set up is not feasible. I’m disabled limited to one job and lawsuit wonkiness and my fiance just lost his job.
My concerns are that she is HIGHLY social and begins to show signs of depression just being in a separate container while interacting. She seeks out the others extensively. If I separate her, she will be alone and this would hurt her emotionally but I don’t want her to be hurt physically. All three others nip her. She’s the only one unrelated. The other three are littermates.
I don’t know what to do because if I start her on her own I feel irresponsible needing new mice to start a new colony for her.
