Can anyone give advice. I’ve recently noticed a large amount leaving my bank each month in apple charges, sometimes £170+. Today I checked my subscriptions which only total £30 max per month. I’ve realised that it’s coming from my daughter’s iPad, when checking she has signed up to a lot of games that charge weekly fees some ag £7.99,£11.99 and some for £0.99 but they are all adding up!
I have never told her the passcode so I think she must’ve seen me put it in at some point and that’s how she is gaining access to download payable app.

Her iPad is set up with her ow iCloud but it’s my banking details on the account! What can I do 😢 do you think I’ll get refunded?

Should I contact apple via my account or do it through hers?

Does anyone have an advice. My son’s ps5 is continually crashing. We have tried every option and nothing has helped. I seen a post on here insinuating others have had the same issue and it’s due to an update? Is this accurate and do we need to just wait it out until there is a new update to resolve the issues! This has been for a few weeks now and I’m sick of him moaning 🙈
