Hello,

I'm still struggling with a chronic fissure that developed after a fistulectomy surgery last year, which was complicated by a fissure caused by the procedure. Despite trying various treatments like nifidepine ointment, sitz baths, MiraLAX, and now Calmoseptine Ointment, my condition hasn't improved. The discomfort and pain are taking a toll on my mental health, making me feel depressed and anxious. I feel frustrated because others don't seem to understand the severity of my condition, and I'm considering more aggressive treatment options before my next appointment with my colorectal specialist.

We currently have a Toyota Tundra 2023 and a Wolf pup travel trailer 2019. It’s time for us to upgrade our family travel trailer. We would love to find that unicorn trailer that has everything in a 30ft or less. We don’t want to jump over each other in our bed anymore, 2 seater couch, table, and private bunkhouse or bunk beds. A bathroom that our knees don’t touch the door. What do you recommend? I wish we could get a new truck but it’s not in the cards right now.
