Help or advice please?

Sorry if this is a dumb post just want help. I'm a pretty casual player just play with my friends but I've been trying to learn some more stuff and I know this game has buffering for some reason I just can't get this back 2 4 to come out after the rapid fire I've been at this for like 30 minutes and I'm buffering the input if not just doing it I can see the input being put in on the left side of the screen but I can't for the life of me ever throw the move out after the rapid fire I'll always either just stand there doing nothing after the rapid fire or it'll just do a standing 2. Am I missing something? Am I just bad and or stupid?

I've had my Xbox Series X for about 4 maybe 5 years?(I don't remember sorry) I'll start with I definitely didn't clean this as much as I should have and will aim to be better and more responsible with consoles in the future. The only cleaning I've done in the past is like having my dad get his air compressor and blowing out the top and back vents like maybe 2 or 3 times in the entirety of the time I've had it.

Like a month ago was when it started randomly shutting off and I noticed the fan being quite a bit louder for a few months before that started. I took the back panel off for the first time and like fully cleaned it out to the best of my ability I didn't and don't know what to properly use or how to properly clean it so I just watched a tutorial to get the fan out cleaned that and used canned air and a toothbrush to brush off and air out the inside to the best of my ability.

After I did this the fan was back to being practically silent again and seemed to be running fine but my Xbox is still randomly shutting off. I did do a google search and it said Xbox displays an error message when the console is forced to power off due to overheating but I've never had that message show up.

Another weird thing is that whenever it does shut itself off it won't turn back on unless I unplug it from the wall and replug it back in. It'll do it with like any of my games the only game I've been able to play with it never shutting off even after a few hours is Monster Hunter World for whatever reason, but my other games even Monster Hunter Wilds or Rise, Apex Legends, DMC5, Overwatch, Halo 5, Infinite, or MCC, etc. It gets very warm at the top above the fan and it gets sometimes even hot to the touch on the sides too if not outright hot still warm on the sides. When my xbox shut itself off and I took the panel off to take this picture the place I have circled in the picture was the warmest to the touch of every where probably could've burned me honestly if I just held my finger on it and didn't take it off💀. I do now and have always had it in an open space just on my desk it's not like in a corner or touching a wall it's got space around it other then the desk it's on below it obviously. After cleaning the inside and the fan if it's an overheating issue I'm not sure what more I could do. I've seen some things on Google say it could be a power supply issue maybe with a power strip but I have it into a wall outlet.

Any idea what the problem could be overheating, power supply, something else? Any advice or insight would help thanks. I don't have money to buy a new one but even if I do have to get a new one I'd at least like to figure out what is even wrong with this one it's been driving me nuts that this just randomly started happening and seems to have no obvious diagnosable problem. Again if it is overheating I've cleaned the fan out so it's back to being silent I have it in an open space I even have it close to an open window with a box fan near to see if that would for some reason help at all to get the heat out of it but nope nothing I can't play mostly like anything for more than like 30-50 minutes without it shutting off then when it does I'll unplug it plug it back in turn it back on try playing again then it'll turn itself off within like 2 minutes of me turning it back on again after the last time it shut itself off. Sorry also for the ineligible wall of text.
