You guys think I could fix this ?

2003 accord coupe , I love this car I’ll take it to a million miles if I can , wondering if I bought a cheap welder and practiced if I would be able to repair the rust on my car ? Rear wheel arches and right where the pinch welds are is the worst of it

Posted a thing yesterday on a sound my car is making when reversing , I’ll paste the whole post here . The mechanics said it was likely worn lower control arm bushings. What do you guys think.

“Maintenance recommendations

Hey guys , I have a 2003 accord coupe 2.4L. I’ve had the car for almost 3 years and it’s at 360k kms. I started hearing noise from the suspension so got a shop to check it out and they quoted me 900+ cad for new lower front control arms. I don’t think it’s too crazy of a price but there’s definitely more that will need to be done. If I get the control arms replaced I’ll have to get an alignment however the shops policy is that they’ll only do an alignment if all the suspension is up to spec. My question is : is it worth it to replace a bunch of suspension components on a 23 year old car with almost 400k kms ?

Engine burns and leaks oil like crazy , body is absolutely riddled with rust and fading paint”
