I am now on my 38th day of my cycle and i still haven't gotten my period, last march 27, april 13 to 14, me ang my bf had sex and at april 16 i got my period 5 days heavy, and a lot of clots. after that i did a diet(one meal a day), for last week my period did not come so i ate 3x a day again, and now i am experiencing tender breast, cramping, and my discharge came from white clumpy to white creamy lotion texture yesterday. is it because of my one meal a day that cause my period to be late? thank you.

Hello, me(18M) and my gf(18F) been together for about 1yr and 5months, my gf is constantly thinking about my past and what i did before her, she knows that she is not my first and everything we did was not my first. We communicated this for months now and I don't have any solutions to help her move on or remove my past in her mind. This is like a challenge for us and our relationship will grow further if this is solved. I assured her that i have moved on and did everything i can like changing for her, adjusting for her. Can anyone suggest what i or we should do?
