Governments should run dating apps to compete with match.com's apps

Im going to keep it pretty high level here but basically my argument is this. Dating apps have become beyond predatory to the point of potentially causing a demographical collapse in countries around the world. Its become clear that private companies cannot be trusted to level the playing feild in dating and have been the number one contributer to the gender war subculture that has exploded in our societies and online. These companies have normalized dating apps as the socially expected way that people try to find romantic partners. There are many practices in dating apps that are predatory to both men and women that might only ever change if they are regulated or the government steps in with a better alternative... they will not self regulate.

Im a begginer who just started 2 weeks ago and I was wondering should I start using a reactive visualizer to correct my mistakes as I currently do not have a teacher? I am learning music theory through Alfreds Basic and so far I think the peices are simple enough I don't need it yet but I want to know what is most useful for self feedback since I know people record themselves but do you use a visualizer to see what the mistakes are?

It may just be my internal self story but I just walked up to coworkers on the other side of the room on my break and just asked how peoples week was going and they were kind of like "oh its been a hectic week" and then asked me "so uhh there was anything else?" And I could not think of anything so I just brought up a specific call from yesterday and we sort of went over it in a chaotic sort of way because the solution was kind of murky... then they started getting calls and I turned to some other people and tried the same thing but even less smoothly and they kind of just stared at me so I said my break was almost over and walked back... I feel so humiliated and even less confident than before.. what tf am i supposed to do when even "exposure" moves feel just as bad as not trying
